GOD'S BIG GARDEN
I placed these beautiful marble
stepping stones inside my garden,
first I tread upon them
putting them under foot,
making a path where I would
no longer stumble.
These are my reminders
of all my mistakes,
the ones that I've punished myself for
without any help.
I'm sorry you found out that
I wasn't perfect.
Even so I can't keep from believing
that God makes no imperfect mistakes...
Life is a giver,
hosted upon my many,
we are survivors from
generation to generation.
We stumble and fall,
and made to bend,
humans are made that way...
We reach out to heaven and beyond
the stars
looking for answers
that lay deep within our hearts.
