Gluten-Free Chocolate Swirl Marble Cake

Chocolate Swirl Marble Cake – So quick and
easy to make a big impressive-looking Cake!

12-16 Servings Bake time 50 mins.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 tsp salt
(+3 tbs. sugar for chocolate swirl).
Wet
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Swirl Mixture:
Mix 3 tbs. coconut sugar,
4 tbs. cocoa 5 tbs. hot water
Optional topping for loaf-pan style:
1 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle on loaf before baking.

Preheat oven to 325-F
Place layer of greased parchment in a loaf pan or grease
a tube pan .
Beat on med. for 2 mins.
In a well greased 9″ tube pan. Sprinkle optional chopped
nuts, sugar and cinnamon mixture in pan. Pour in batter.
Chocolate Swirl Mixture:
Mix 3 tbs. coconut sugar,
4 tbs. cocoa 5 tbs. hot water
Pour chocolate mixture on top of batter.*
Place blade straight down. Swirl in, up, over,
down, with blade. Do not stir in.
Bake 50 mins.

Put plate on top. Turn over onto plate.
