INGREDIENTS: RECIPE #1
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- ½ cup smooth nut butter of choice
(peanut, almond, cashew butter, or whole tahina) - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- (optional) chocolate chips, chopped walnuts
- water
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and line an 8 x 8 tin with baking parchment.
Blend in gradually: syrup, cocoa powder, water for spreadability
(a teaspoon at a time, depends on the density of your nut butter and
sweet potato), optional chips and nuts. Blend until smooth. Place in
8×8 greased baking tin and bake for 20 mins. For easiest removal line
pan bottom with parchment paper. Cool before attacking them.
