Keto Baked Chocolate Donuts
This is probably the fastest light donut
recipe I ever had the pleasure of baking.
You will make this your donut of choice.
total 30 mins. yield 6 donuts
Ingredients: (6 donuts)
½ cup almond (or other nut) butter
3 pasture-raised eggs
½ cup cacao powder
3 tbs. mashed banana
(or a ½ avocado or one whole small one)
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup or sweetener
¼ cup of Chocolate ganache to drizzle on top

Ingredients for 12 donuts
1 cup almond (or tahini or other) nut butter
6 pasture-raised eggs
1 cup cacao powder
6 tbs. mashed banana or a
(1 avocado or one small one)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup maple syrup or sweetener
½ cup of Chocolate ganache to drizzle on
Instructions:
Step #1: Preheat the oven to 350°F
Step #2: Combine all ingredients in your
blender and run until smooth.
Step #3: Pour into greased donut pan
Step #4: Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step #5: Set pan over a wire rack to cool.
Wait until donuts are cooled
then remove from the pan.
The longer they cool, the firmer they will
become.
Step #6: Drizzle chocolate syrup over the donuts
(this step is optional, but they taste really good
with the chocolate drizzle).
