I have three favorite side dishes that
almost don’t need a recipe. You just
need a reminder to make them when
you want it to look as if you slaved
over making the dinner.
Instead of microwave ‘steamer’ vegetables
that never really taste exceptional, what’s
great about these is they look fancy and
how tasty, healthy, and quick they are.
Just stir fry (Sauté)
Spinach and Mushrooms
Sautéed in olive olve oil,
sprinkled with seasoned salt
or your favorite. Add red and yellow
pepper slices to it for more exciting
fragrance, flavor and color.color.
Asparagus and Mushrooms
Sautéed in olive olve oil,
sprinkled with seasoned salt

Green Beans, Spinach and Mushrooms
Sautéed in olive olve oil, on flatbread
sprinkled with seasoned salt
or your favorite.
