Gummy Bear Jelly-Candy Recipes
VEGAN GUMMY BEARS JELLY-CANDY
FROM FRUIT JUICE OR WINE
1 cup fruit juice
3 tsp agar agar
2 tbs sugar
boil 1-2 minutes
BLUEBERRY Gummy Bears (all natural sugars)
¾ cup (5oz/140g) blueberries (fresh or frozen and defrosted )
½ cup (4 fl oz /100ml) water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey (or vegan agave)
4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin*
ORANGE
1 cup (8 fl oz/250ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey (or agave)
4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin*
STRAWBERRY GUMMY BEARS print

1 cup (200g/7oz) strawberries (fresh or frozen and defrosted )
⅓ cup (70g/3floz) water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey (or agave)
4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin*
100 MINI BEARS WINE GUMMY BEARS
1/2 cup wine of your choice (red, white, rose)
2 1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Puree the fruit in a food
processor until smooth.sieve to remove any fruit bits
Combine all ingredients except gelatin in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir with a whisk.When it comes to a simmer gradually whisk the gelatin into the
mixture, stirring constantly. (Avoid dumping gelatin into pan all at once, which will
cause big globs of gelatin to remain in finished product.)
Continue heating over medium-low heat until it comes to a simmer and The mixture
will change from a grainy, jelly-like consistency to a more glassy, smooth consistency
when gelatin is all melted.)Take it off the heat and pass it through a sieve to remove
any gelatin of fruit bits. If there are bubbles on top remove with a spoon.
